Selwood Takes on New Dealership January 2010

Selwood has completed a deal with Ammann Equipment to become its distributor in the south for the Ammann and Rammax ranges of compaction equipment.

This arrangement took effect from 4 January 2010 and complements the existing distributorship Selwood has had for seven years of the Ammann Yanmar range of mini-excavators and tracked carriers.

Selwood has had Ammann rollers in its hire fleet for over three years and is in the process of placing an order for more Ammann equipment for the hire fleet.

As Selwood’s Operations Director Jon Sendell commented, “the Ammann rollers in our hire fleet have proved very popular with customers and have an excellent residual value. Becoming a distributor for these products strengthens our already very strong and historic relationship with Ammann.”
